The Business Systems Development Graduate reports directly to the Business Project Manager and is responsible for assessing and planning projects that drive improvement and effective use of our ‘Epicor’ ERP system. You will be managing and delivering solutions, undertaking testing and implementing changes, and providing training to ensure benefits are realised. You would need to be able to proactively engage with the business and stakeholders to analyse existing procedures and identify opportunities for improvements.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous project management experience or understanding from a relevant degree or equivalent education. They should be comfortable working within a busy environment with multiple projects running at any one time. This role will require excellent stakeholder management skills and someone who is a real team player.
As your experience grows of our business and systems you will investigate and resolve day to day issues with our users and later you would take responsibility for co-ordinating and testing the next major system upgrade which is expected Easter 2023.
Whilst not part of the IT department, you will work closely with their team who will be responsible for making any required system modifications.
Training will be provided based on the candidate’s previous experience and knowledge of ERP and business systems.
