We are currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Quality Engineer.

About the department and role

Our Quality Engineers support the Company in all areas of quality activities while striving for continuous improvement, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should be able to support the QMS to meet the requirements of ISO9001 and customer-specific requirements. Activities will include supporting investigations and undertaking appropriate actions related to external and internal issues raised; performing improvement activities through data analysis, observation, and auditing; undertaking internal and external audits and managing findings to completion.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, adaptable, a great team worker, and able to communicate verbally and through presentations and reports to all levels.

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • Degree, equivalent qualification or experience in a relevant field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to problem solve and utilise core Quality tools
  • Ability to statistically analyse data for trends and patterns.

Desirable

  • Experience or qualifications in lean tools, such as Six Sigma & FMEA
  • Experience or qualification in internal auditing
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use statistical software, such as SPC XL.
