4-shift working pattern
14 day/night shifts every 28 days. Day and night shifts are 11.25 hours

Our Weaving facility is equipped with the latest generation section warping and threading capability and industry-leading looms. As a Weaving Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, operating and maintaining an impressive range of high-technology weaving machinery to produce high-quality technical woven fabrics, ensuring optimum quality is achieved and maintained.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring weaving machinery and powered manual handling equipment, to ensure efficient and accurate fabric production. You will be expected to adhere to production schedules and meet Health, Safety and quality standards to the highest level. You will need to be able to collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to support deadlines and customer requirements.
